Ya just gotta be smooth and methodicle with shifts and clutch engagement. The strip run in my sig was a 7500 drop. Street run was at 6000 to minimize wheel slip, hooked well and spun all 4 (in a controlled manner) to 8000 in 2nd gear, grabbed third (didn't pop) and spun 'till about 7500.
I need a new clutch though, so the whole plan to upgrade might have to come sooner than later. I've heard some really great things about Cryo treating. Mikroniting is supposed to be the Bee's Knees too.
