Frankiman's street/track GTR project

so tonight, i went for a ride
and brought the owner's manual for my HKS turbo timer type-1
decided to test the timing functions of this little gem

after fiddling with it for about 5 minutes, to set it all up, i drove to a quiet spot, straight slick road, long stretches between stop signs,

and did a couple launches, with the cold weather.. cold tires... cold clutch
and only did 4 launches, quickly cuz i didn't want to attract cops

result:
0-100km/h in 4,39sec

i'm sure i could get it under 4,1 in a warm day, with a bit more practice, and with the car not full of tools and ****

and then when i drove home much later, i got intercepted by cops, for apparently not coming to a full stop upon a stop sign...
and it was at the last stop before my house, i could see it from where i got pulled over

result:
39$, no points,
what a waste of time

If you have a good bead on the pipe and a good clamp I dont see why it would blow off , you're not running high boost.Unless it wasnt fitted right in the first place.
