    INTRO

hi guys, please allow me to re-introduce my self again to the skyline community, my name is Felix Yuen, first started importing skylines since this whole craze began in 2004-05

this particular car was found by Adam @ Feast in 2006, long story short....just like all skylines...first motor blew up and needed a rebuild and that's how this money pit started.....

refer to my LAST BUILD THREAD as reference, at that time the car was at Keeps Performance Lab, being the FRIST rb30 in Canada and $60000 later, car blew up on RG's dyno...lets just say bad luck and i trusted the wrong people.
    http://forums.gtrcanada.com/gt-r-pro...ect-horny.html

Car is now in good hands @ Evolution Auto Performance in Maple Ridge, they are a custom fabrication shop !
My last project was build by them and had very good success !
Project 9Up, 2007 Honda fit with Mugen K20 short block, Toda Head and custom turbo kit, 367whp @ 8psi.
    http://www.fitfreak.net/forums/fit-p...ld-thread.html

again to cut this short, i had this RUST-LESS, PERFECT CONDITION R32 sitting in my garage since 2008 and haven't touched it since i towed it back home, it is now time to get it out and work on it again !

this will be another RB30 build using much of the old parts, some new parts and alot of custom fabrication !
aiming for high toque, and high power.....for going to shows, track, street etc.....
the GOAL is to have a COOL car to drive around !

Felix this may be a stupid question but what ended up being the source for failure on the rb30? The thing that boggles my mind is sooo much money is spent on the motor and machine work and then the motor pops. Does any re-embursment happen from the people who put it together? You have two absolutely stunning cars man and seriously hope this time around the rb30 stays strong for you as that would be a major let down. You will obviously make some great power numbers! I know that trans is beefy but I hope it holds all that power! Anyways best of luck, you've done a excellent job so far
Miss driving sooooo bad! Need to get a car on the road ASAP!

the shop that put the car together before was going to rebuild it for a minor cost in parts....(couple thousand bucks) but they went out of business shortly, it was a long process to get all my parts back.....and SO many parts missing, such as my diffuser, some head bolts, crank bearings, oil pump...and many misc parts that i can't track down....because they went out of business and everything back in the days were in cash, nothing can be refund........a lesson learned i guess !
after taking the motor apart.....we believe the motor wasn't at it's proper spec, some measurement has to be wrong in order to end up like this, that's why it blew up.

just 2 including the one that flew off the car cuz the guy at the last shop didn't put the latch on.
this is the 3rd hood now and Bill @ Brinkworth custom is going to make everything fit !!

Well Felix I do hope you luck takes a turn for the better. I imagine your frustrations as everyone works for what they get. I really hope you get this thing going and avoid those kind of people. Im sure your anxious to get back into your car and drive it. Wishing you the best of luck and obviously I will be keeping an eye on this because this is a very clean build.

I remember you saying you were going to go with a set of bbs lm wheels, you still goin to do that? Also where the heck did you find that dog box? That is a nice and rare item
