Sick sick build. I like the setup for sure. Why do the turbos look so small though lol -5s?

For all the twin haters, i agree that singles are better in most ways but twin turbo on anything usually sounds more badass. Heck even Twin EFRs look retarded which is a different story! You might be turbo cool but you're not twin turbo cool! lol

I like big singles but man, Even cobalts and neons come with a single turbo now. Twins might not be as fast spooling, haven't as much top end, weighs more and costs more than a single but its a cool status! Hard parking ftw

Yeah i think i was a little drawn to running the -5s from driving all the cars with them on at my old work. Had one pulling 620hp on E85. His now making 670 with a set of GTX2863's. Think we were one of the first workshops to put these turbos on a GTR in the world.

But yeah nothing beats the feeling in the pants a mid range'd monster gives you. I can almost garuntee ill be chassing more HP after i drive it for a while though......

Here are some pics of the battery relocation i did.

Sard battery box mounted in the passengers rear section of the boot. Put it on the passengers side so i have the drivers side free for when i do the fuel system. Drilled holes into the floor rust treated and used nutserts. Shes not moving anywhere!!!!

Used 0AWG cable (overkill I know) with a 120amp circuit breaker. Have a junction box in the front from where the battery used to be.

All wired up. You can see the new "direct voltage" relay I used for the fuel pump bolted to the side. Its the new revised Patrol ECM relay, so fingers crossed I wont run into any drama's with it!

New Braille battery. Measured 580cca on the battery test. Suprising for how small these are. Can also get them in carbon fibre for all those cars on a diet.

Ignition on for the first time in a good few years. Gauges all wired up. Decided to put the other gauges in the glove box so it doesnt clutter up the cabin. Boost gauge is in the drivers side air vent. Also not too sure about the blue LED's

Also did a quick mock up of the mines front pipe before the engine went in. Awesome fabrication work. Pure p0rn......

You'll love the quality of the Tomei exhaust but its effing loud w/o the silencer in and you can't do much more than casual driving when the silencer is in as the flow will push it right out.

Thanks for that. Just found a clip of it matched with a mines front pipe

It sounds awesome! I'll try to get you a link to a clip my wife took of my car haulin a$$ down the front straight at Mont Tremblant. Give me a couple hours and check back.
If you plan on taking your car to any track you might have issues with db limits. That being said Circuit Mont Trembalnt claims to be very sticky with there 92 db limit and no one said anything to me. It all depends on where they have their mics set up.
