  • Powertune Australia R34 GTR Vspec2, 2.8L 703Kw/950hp@wheels = 1000hp@engine

Thought i'd share my build with some fellow enthusiasts outside of Australia. The car is a 2001 R34 GTR V-spec2. I've owned this car for about 4years. The engine/car was built in 2011 by Powertune Australia and has given me very little if any issues so far. I haven't taken it down the quarter mile with this power yet but i will surely keep you guys updated when i do.

The main aim of the build was to have a fast streetable car. I believe this has been achieved because i daily drive the car to and from work. Learning from previous builds, i did not want fuel smells from surge tanks or external fuel pumps or remove the air conditioning. Powertune found a way around this, and i am a very happy customer.

Currently makes 703kw/950hp@wheels on 40psi with E85 Pump Fuel

    1000hp at the engine.

                    bobbo - cheers

cobrAA - its a custom aluminium diffuser with an air guide for the transmission cooler through the centre.

                    BUMHUMPER - lol thanx

                    fred-R - thank u

LittleDevilCRX - there is noticably more torque over the 2.6 off boost and its proven to be reliable so far. i've done roughly 20,000kms since its been built and most of the km's are from spirited driving.

magular - i wish i had found this forum before the build started so everyone could of enjoyed all the photos and videos. my next build thread on my r32 gtr will definately start here though.

broketillpayday - lol, thanks for ur kind words
