Oh yeah that's where I was at last week. It shipped over the weekend I believe though. Apparently they are super busy at the docks/yards

weird thing is. my importer told me my car was coming on the centaurus leader bought. they mistook it for your car. so i thought mine landed on the 8th but that must of been yours. You were at the new westminster port? see another white r32?Check out Top Tier Imports. Sign up today! http://www.toptierimports.com

I wasn't, no. I had my car shipped from the docks via train car to Edmonton. It is entirely possible that your car came on the same boat and is just sitting in new west... But who knows.

no mine came on the next boat. my importer mixed up your car with mine and told me it was going to be here on the 8th then later told me it was on the 16th. Anyways cant wait to see what you do with this car. What did you do for a third brake light?Check out Top Tier Imports. Sign up today! http://www.toptierimports.com

Back to the R32 - 1992 GT-R
I used an led strip from princess auto ( 15$?). It had a sticky back so I just stuck it to the lip of the head liner. I'll take a pic when it's back from inspection

Update that I posted on another site but forgot to update here:
I haven't taken the time to take photos of my usual caliber as I'm waiting to get the coil overs installed and a few other bits in.
But, here's a bit of a cell phone dump, and a tally of what I have collected and am waiting to install!
Photos from her first bath:
And a few to show the "before" status of the car
And so far what I've gotten done since buying the car:
Nardi wheel, and Daikei Steel Boss Kit.
I've also done my plugs, and swapped to an Apex'i air filter (factory airbox), but not much else.
I still need to get the oil changed, and start installing my stereo and suspension pieces.Kevin S.

Moar progress!Actually I got everything else installed to be specific. Now all that is left is an alignement!
Old suspension in place:
Old parts removed, new parts ready to go in!
Removing the rear ball joints proved to be more challenging than I anticipated, however I won in the end.
What's left of my Dad's C clamp.
Ended up costing me an extra day ( had to go rent a ball joint press from Canadian Tire).
Everything installed!
And finally, how she sits right now:
Gap is just short of 2 fingers all around, pretty happy with how it looks right now. I'll probably go lower in the future when I pick up new wheels, but for now this is pretty good. I definitely need to pick up some spacers though, as the +30 is just a little too shy of the fender IMO. I'm also going to look at refinishing my wheels as a backyard project ( nothing fancy, maybe just clean up some of the curbing damage and some paint).Kevin S.

So I figured I'd do a mini update, since it's been awhile since my last.
Happily I've actually gotten a chance to actually drive/do some stuff on the car the last 2 weeks. I had broken my arm and wrist and had been in a full cast until about 2 weeks ago, so the car really didn't get driven ( okay maybe I took it out once or twice..) so I had to make up for it haha.
I did get around to finally installing my stereo, though didn't really take any photos.
What I installed:
Clarion XC6610 - 1000 Watt 6 channel Amp
Focal PC165 - 6 3/4 2 way speakers (rear)
Focal Performance PS 130 - 5 1/4 component set (front)
Pioneer DEH-X8600BS Deck
The system sounds awesome, and although I did wire it for subs, I doubt I will end up installing any, because so far it meets my needs haha.
I had also order a new shift knob, and that arrived on Friday, so I got it installed before leaving for ill.motion Sunday school on Saturday.
Since the photos, I've fixe1d the boot so it meets the base of the blade.
While in Calgary, I got some good quality cruise time with the car, and can happily say, I'm very stoked on the car, and am looking forward to building it up more, as it's already a blast to drive. I also snagged a sweet wide view mirror from speedtech at the ill.motion show.
And a shitty cell phone photo for now:

I'm not sure, to be honest. When I bought it, they said they were really hard to get ( took them like 2 months to get in). They only had a couple so I snapped it up while I could haha

Back to the R32 - 1992 GT-R
Small update:
Got my ignition package from Rightdrive so I decided to install it today.
What the package included;
6 R34 GTR coilpacks
Ignition conversion harness
Pin out diagram and connector/hardware.
Comparison between stock and new:
All in all, I'm very happy with the kit. Even though it's about double the price of LS coils, I don't like the look of the LS coils, as I find them tacky and cumbersome (just my opinion). I wanted something more OEM/clean appearing, and this fits the bill 100%.
Car seems rev a little more freely, and acceleration feels a bit smoother/quicker ( I could be just imagining that though haha)
