wow is that a REAL Nismo Intake Manifold ? amazing !
can u post a pic of that !
Yes, its the real deal. I will go take a close up later.

I kept the guts pretty much stock. The only machining that needed to be done was plaining the block. The cylinders were in perfect shape as were the pistons and rods(except #6) so I did the rings, main bearings, rod bearings, all the bolts, seals and gaskets. I did add a new R34 crank and had it checked for balance. Upgrades were Nismo oilpump, Nismo head gasket, Nismo timing belt, Nismo Plenum gaskets, N1 waterpump, Tomei oil pan baffle and Tomei Oil Gallery Orifice(aka oil restricter).

As far as the head goes, all the valve components were in excellant shape. I did a valve grind and a seat grind. Replaced the guides with Acura Legend guides and replaced the seals.

When I need to rebuild again I think I will go all out, starting with an N1 block.

I have been driving her since December. Like I said, the pictures were along time in the coming.

And here are some shots of my Project Mu rotors.

Now for those you whom are saying to yourselves "Aren't the centres of Project Mu rotors teal in colour as well as the pads?"

To answer that question, yes they were, but I painted them. Just didn't suit the car being teal.

Stay tuned for a ARC Super Induction Box with a twist.....
