just like always one problem comes after another.
the oem clutch release bearing is too fat.
i have to fine one with a thinner bearing.

have to take the tranny out again .

i need to do something like this cuz my intake mani is hitting the stock one .where is the line going to the slave on the tranny?

so just an update, this is what i had to do to solve the problem
i cannot get the shorter 14mm bearing sleeve as it is a japan item, i made my own outa the 16mm version,

also shorten the essential privot

shorten the push rod on the slave

hope it can go back together tomorrow

we got a steel braided line going to the clutch.
theres 2 outlet to the master cylinder

but my TRANNY IS IN AND IT IS WORKING !

this week, we will put all the bottom stuff in, like front drive shaft, replace all wheel bearings, rippin out the oem fuel lines and putting the whole new fuel system in. i hope i can get all these done this week :P

well this one is a small problem and is that the upper rad hose don't fit due to the extra block height





greddy large intercooler pipes is too short
greddy Large side pulley kit is too big and will not be compatible with ATI damper
so these are for sale if anyone wants

hey look
first my water hose dont fit due to the extra block height
now my turbo is too big !!

check it out....its not even bolted down to the manifold yet and it's already hitting the shock tower







and here is a New battery try "keep lab special" and relocated from back of the passenger seat to the trunk.





everything is still in the mock up stage...going to get it plated and anodize next week
