sounds like your tuner doesnt know how to use an AEM EMS. its one of the best EM out there.

well after 4500 rpm the timing value that we try to put dosent do what we want after 4500 rpm the timing is drifting ,,, dosent listen to what we told him to do !!

Your tuner might not know how to properly sync timing or use the appropriate CAS wheel. For the V1 AEM made a trigger disk for use with the nissan opto(24 tooth iirc). AEM reported issues, along with many forum members, with the ecu having problems with timing drift when trying to read the 360 wheel.

I ran AEM EMS v1, works awesome, v2 is supposed to be even better...

I also had it controlling my water/meth and my boost controller (AEM truboost). It's actually really nice to be able to coordinate all 3 systems through one program.

Maybe shoulda traded in ur tuner haha

I remember reading something about having to move some jumpers on the ECU before you can utilize the timing configuration for the nissan engine... but yes , your tuner was possibly not familiar with how the ECU works. It's not fair to blame the ECU itself although it might have been a faulty unit ?

tuner only used v1 before it was is first v2

Was the new cas wheel synced properly? I had the same timing issue with a v2 last year. Im trying to recall the table used and a couple setup options that had to be changed. I will look at the software and get back to you. Got it going though with no problems. AEM have great customer support also. They will walk you through any problem. Its not my favorite ems but it is a good one.
