I would suggest you buy the Setrab mounting brackets and some aluminium sheets for custom ducting, bolts + nuts to hold ducting panels to oilcooler core together, etc.

Also can use a Mocal sandwich plate with inbuilt thermostat -

    Fittings, etc -

Basically select core size based on engine hp, etc, fitting size, hose to match fittings and fittings to match on sandwich plate.

Always use fittings from same manufacturer to prevent oil leaks. If Setrab oilcooler core use Setrab fittings. If Mocal sandwich plate use Mocal fittings.
This is a fantastic post! I am trying to build a custom oil cooler kit and just want to confirm if this is the right way to go about it.

    1. Greddy thermostatic Adapter - Oil Cooler Block - 3/4 x 16UNF $140

    2. Aeroquip straight reusuable swivel fittings (x4 - 2 at block, 2 at oil cooler) - since it's a custom front mount location I am hoping not to use 45/90 degrees $31

    3. Setrab 19 row oil cooler (w/ M22 AN-10 adapter fittings) $198

    4. Aeroquip AN-10 10ft stainless steel line $75

Assuming all pricing is accurate, free shipping from the states to the border, plus 12% tax - I estimate $444 + 53 tax + 20 USD conversion = $512

I've got an Autobahn 88 kit for sale. All you would need is the cooler core. The only downside to it is its anodized orange so I painted it black and you might want to either strip the paint off or reprint it. It's never been used only test fitted. Comes with stainless lines and everything else you'll need unless you want to do something tricky with mounting.
        PM for price if interested.
