ok done now what?
Progress update..... Today i got the following taken out of the car:
-all intercooler piping
-maf and intake
-radiator
-headlights
-Front bumper
-and of course the intercoller.
I will post pics once i figure it out.Miss driving sooooo bad! Need to get a car on the road ASAP!

Just to clarify, you dont need the GTR speedo cable. Your GTS speedo cable will work just fine unless youre using the GTR cluster. All you need to do is replace the speed sensor in the RB25 tranny with a GTR speed sensor. GTR and RB20 trannies both use mechanical speed sensors, while RB25 uses electronic speed sensor.
There is a complete step by step thread on SAU for doing the conversion. GTR speed sensor should cost you around $100 brand new, shipped from Japan. Adam is your friend.

hey does anyone know how much it would cost for forgered internals in a rb25? I am told i should change over a bunch of things if i reach over 400hp which is understandable. Please let me know what you think it might cost. Thanks, ChrisMiss driving sooooo bad! Need to get a car on the road ASAP!

So many variables, you're best off finding the parts you want and find prices, add them up and times it by two.
