well looks like the next stage of the project will be happening sooner then i thought. I snagged a hks gt2530 setup for a wicked price. I need to pick up some other goodies like maf, injectors, mani studs, ecu software. Not to sure what im going to do about tunning just yet. i would like to run nistune but there are no tuners here that are familiar with it.

My plan is to get a house this spring and start tearing into the car next winter


What would be some good injectors that are plug and play?

You have top feed right? Why not just put some gtr injectors. Or the nismo 555 cc injectors. I can imagine r35 injectors being very pricy

Nistune is similar to PowerFC, but has slight differences. Anyone that tunes PowerFC can tune stock ECU (if read the documentation with Nistune to see the differences).

Z32 MAF + pigtail / plug (avoid the fake Z32 MAF's). Nistune can run other MAF's like Ford Cobra (similar to Z32 MAF), Ford Lightning racing MAF (rated to 700hp), etc.

actually they are very cheap. they are a 554cc injector i think and they can be had for around 250. mickey with the supercharged z might upgrade to bigger ones so i might just snag his.

k so the injectors are denso 560cc from a r35. My buddy maxed them out on his setup so need to go bigger. he said i could have them for 200. would they just be drop in?

They fit on Nismo S-tune (RB26) engines, etc. I would assume with new seals they would.

That's true, high or low. GTS-T runs high. Might work with stock GTR resistor pack, but they don't mention that.

are the ones you link just plug in and go? obviously need tuning for them but do i need to splice wires and new resistors?

They are drop in injectors (they have a flow report, some injector settings, etc that is shipped with them), so fit them, change injector size, etc on ECU and tune. They work with stock ECU (no resistor pack), as are high already (not low like GTR injectors that need a resistor pack). They are Bosch injectors. From what I understand, Bosch used to own part of Denso and Denso have used Bosch design's.

Some recommend you run new stock injector seals instead of the seals shipped with those injectors. But I think the seals they ship with injectors are E85 compatible (E85 fuel).

Well turbo finally made it here. Upon inspecting i noticed it is a gt2510 not 2530. Basically its the exact same turbo but the exhaust wheel is different. this turbo is more lower end and less top end compared to the 2530. Cant wait to get it installed. I am not on the hunt for oil and coolant lines and also a hks actuator.
