there we go i figured out how to use flickr now! pictures working.

for now while i save up for some equips
the plan for now is to mount some 275/40/17 on my current rims and add a spacer to fill if needed.
aswell as fit my RUCA's and get as close to zero camber as possible.

another angle to show what im working with. also flares will be color matched.

Dude, when are you going to get that GTR front bumper on?!
Happiness does not depend on what you have or who you are, it relies solely on what you think.

Really nice build ! did u have any issue with the stock axle ? People are saying it wont handle that much but they seem to handle pretty well ! Stock axle and shimmed diff ? What wheels are you looking for ? I juste ordered some 18x13 -26 for mine ! Keep going bro !

Been a little pre occupied the past couple months. I've been building an s13 rb20 drift car that I plan to drift at as many events this year as possible! I'll post up some pictures of that later but the skyline build will commence once again!

              Parts on order!
Full suspension arms. Tension arms, traction rods, toe arms, and rucas
Subframe collars and energy suspension bushings.

Going to finnaly try and get this car some grip! That it desperately needs

Thinking about extending my front lower control arms 20 mm or so. Should bring the front around -3 camber. Any thoughts on this? I want the car to be set up nicely for when I do some track days.

                  Yeah I do!
I basically pieced the entire car together, bought a shell with most of the panels, bought a motor from a friend,
Had to source an ecu, clutch, tranny, shifter, driveshaft, fmic kit, full exhaust and turbo. It was a fun project though, now I'm just daily driving it.

Here's the build thread I have going on the other site for it if anyone's interested!

Alright may as well makes build thread for the 240 since I'm keeping it, this will be a place for me to document my progression into drifting and the cars life.

I bought her off drew omeliac something back in April or May and here's how it sat

Then I brought her home and started collecting some parts for the soon to be rb20 swap

Scored this front mount for a good deal

Then after it sat for 3 months waiting for its motor I started the swap, unfortunately my phone broke and I lots all the swap pictures but it went just like any other,
I built some engine mounts and a tranny mount, built a downpipe installed everything and finnaly got to firing her up,
Then this is when things got a little fucky
I had bought a tranny off a member here and I guess some how reverse got locked out, so out came the tranny, took off the bell housing (thanks to grant smith for on the fly technical support ) fixed it all and boom I had reveres.

Then the car sat for a while again as I was busy with work and enjoying the skyline

When I built up some motivation again I day played her and tried to get some aircare, this is when I realized that the ecu I had was shot and the car was only running on a few cylinders and running like absolute poo.

So a new ecu later and a 2nd gear clutch dump down my road, the car would no longer go into gear...
So after a new slave cylinder and new lines and a re bleed it still wouldn't go into gear, **** me right.

Then I pulled the tranny again!
Replaced the clutch with one from Tito and then she was all good again.
Pulled her around back and that's where she sat for another while.

Then with the snow in the forecast a couple days ago I decide I needed to get some air care and start driving it, didn't exactly want to crash the skyline. Passed on the 2nd try thanks to a few tricks I've picked up along the way and then swapped plates .

Naturally an open diff was just not going to cut it, so welded it went

Thankfully my dad has a stick welder and he gave me a hand.
Put it all back together and took her back to my place just in time for the snow!

So took her out at 4 am and had a bunch of fun! Such a good way be introduced to a new chassis and to finnaly drive the car after owning it for over half a year.
And that's where she sits now. Ready to tear up the street and bring endless amounts of good times with absolutely 0 fucks given.
