Thats a steal for the seat!! I sold the pair about 3 years ago to a member that lived in hope lol.

Great build thread so far, I'll be watching to see whats next.

hard to tell in this pic,
buttttt theirs no subframe or front knuckles on lol. shawn browne is customizing the front knuckles for more angle and rear is getting bushing and so on.

and it will take a long time before those come in. sooo coilovers wont go in till late aug probly, unless i put subframe back in temporarily till parts arrive... i dont get a license till sept 1st anyways lol

YAY!!!!! something ive been waiting for a lonnnnnnnnng time! after emailing tons of companies for the past 2 years and being very specific with my request and what im looking for in a set of coilovers this is what i found to be the perfect set up for my ride hight and and driving style.

the base is spun all the way till it is bottomed out on the strut to see how low it can go without loosing any preload

and just so everyone understands... my old coilovers with cut springs were 23 inches long and these are 17..... i think it should do the trick... and i know my old ones were softer and these are stiffer but stilllll that should be more then enough low ahha

cant wait to put these in!

sooo i put my whole subframe back together and in the car kuz i wanted to see how low but i forgot i dont have lug nuts anymore so i couldnt put the car on the ground to see the ride hight... but this gives me a good idea lol

and i think its pretty flush... ill take out the 8mm space for the alignment so i can go 0 camber... better traction

i went and bought some lug nuts today so i could lower the rear to see how it sits... and well it was alot of work to lower the car off the jack on the ground without rolling the car off wood blocks... but i made it work... sorry for crappy pics the camera isnt very good and its hard to take good ones with the car in the garage....

and once i get my front knuckles ill show you guys that!!! and yes i know theirs LOTS of camber, but that will all disappear to 0 when the time has come for an alignment... which will be a while

btw if some dont think its low... my knee is at the same hight as the hood and the fender ^^^^ sooo thats pretty much same as my door handles.. id say thats pretty low haha..

but my exhaust doesnt fit... its just sitting on the ground... WHAT DO I DO? :/

Haha I dont think anyone is going to tell you your car isnt low enough dude. Hopefully your doing for the right reasons! Becuase you like it. I was just going to say arnt you worried about exhaust clearance/ the angle of your axles/ suspension arms?

exhaust is an issue.. not sure what im going to do.. but i got lots of time to figure it out. and i can always raise it..... this is maxed out i wanted to see the potential these coilovers had... and i literally just cant do speed bumps.. i wont just scrape front lip like before, ill prob get stuck haha but its all because thats how i want it... its the look i want. my car is one of the only things in my life i do it for me and how i want it to look like.

and axles are honestly not bad... i can still fit jack under the diff... buttttt the gas tank is in the way so i cant reach the diff with the jack. but i will be taking a closer look at all my links before i go out and beat on it so nothing snaps

what do i do about this?

its like touching... i am buying s13 rear tow arms and going to try and get custom mounts on the subframe...like the driftworks hicas eliminator kit... but i need it to hand low enough to clear the subframe... doable?
