I know it's a tough one to bring yourself to grind down a crank but the long term benefits in terms of durability and strength is what makes it worth doing.

Yeah but a $4k crank with a $500 finish to it draws the line for me....No build thread.

I know a few who have spent 2k gbp on a crank only for their pump to break thus spinning bearings and destroying the crank. Using .25 or .50 bearings are not recommended on a high output engine.Supertec RacingComment
