  • I know it's a tough one to bring yourself to grind down a crank but the long term benefits in terms of durability and strength is what makes it worth doing.

      car starts and idles without issue, dyno booked may9th, ill let you know if things go boom or if she makes some solid power.

      • Yeah but a $4k crank with a $500 finish to it draws the line for me....

        • I know a few who have spent 2k gbp on a crank only for their pump to break thus spinning bearings and destroying the crank. Using .25 or .50 bearings are not recommended on a high output engine.
