Some big project updates!

Paint is being sponsored by the great bunch of guys at New West Collision and will be done in the very near future.

The big news is that Sean Morris has joined the project! His wealth of experience is extremely welcome in helping both with car build / setup and driving/co-driving duties!

For those that don't know, there aren't many people in North America that know more about GT-R's and specificlly race GT-R's than Sean - and I should also mention that his girlfriend was also the World Challenge R34 team engineer!

He called her is gf, so that's what I'm going with

He's been tinkering with R35's a fair bit lately AFAIK......

And I'll have to thank Panda Express for helping Sean make his decision........

I was speaking to him yesterday afternoon about the project, and he was on the fence, then he want out for dinner last night and got his fortune cookie.......

I should also let people know that we need a Vancouver area shop to work with us, Sean will be coming up to map the car and we need access to a dyno and also a good contact at Mission to get us some track time to set up the car (and get me a licence).

We will be holding several meets across Canada on the way out there, and anyone that wants to can tag along for any part of the trip they like!

Hey Mike I also have access to a 4WD dyno for tuning just let me know when and Ill get it lined up

I also have a few contacts for mission , I put together a few track days there for a few clubs... Im betting mission is pretty booked by now but I know a few other places for test and tune's

In all seriousness, it's great to see a local project being done so thoroughly, and Mike M, Mike S, Tim, Andrew, Trev, Jeremy, Kaila (and soon Jurie!) are glad to be on board with you guys! I've never been to Newfoundland, so I'm looking forward to the cross-country treck with a car full of spare parts! :drive:

Here's our new Ohlin's coilovers - sold and set up in Japan by Mine's and we got the nice benefit of some Cusco pillow mounts and Mine's/Eibach springs with them
