Looking for a good Skyline Community and hoping to buy my own GT-R in the near future!
Last year I tried to buy one (R32 GT-R) for 9000 bucks but I think it would be smarter, if I wait another 2-3 years to get an R34 GT-R! Hope that is possible here in Canada, BC...

Why am I here: I've recently Purchased a RB20det to go into my 89 180sx i figured what better place to ask for advice and help on the engine then in a skyline forum
Most other forums i ask help in .. people just say i should have gone sr20det ...

Also during glancing through some threads someone with less experience asked .. a question about something that i thought would be pretty east to figure out on your own ... Needless to say instead of being flamed and laughed at someone typed up a very good like 12 step by step guide in detail to help the person out .... So i said heck i need to join this place

Being a part of the 780 tuners club located in edmonton. I have heard many good things about thsi site, and decided to try it out. I am actually very imoressed with this site and how manty people there are.

I have became very fond of the skyline since two fast two furious. Brians silver and blue R34, the sound it made, just touched my inner self and told me, "i got to buy one". after reaserching more about the car i learned a lot about the models and the engines, and history of the car. but what i didnt like was that it was illegal in canada, until i did more reasearch, finding out it wasnt. during school one day i decided to look on kijiji.ca to see, whats the chance there is one for sale. to my suprise there were tones and cheap to. i was fascinated and told my parents i was going to buy one. They told me, "go ahead, but were not paying for it". I was a little crushed but realised i had to do it on my own. so that year i worked two jobs and still went to school. in the morning i worked from seven till one(i had a all morning spare). than it was school for three hours, than to work at the local a & w. i worked that jobs for the whole year till my birthday. than i moved out and to edmonton to work on the high ways. working 18 hour days bringing in lots of money. i finally got seriuos about buying my car. i decided that the r34 was still illegal, and that the r33 was to bubbly and expensive, so the sexy r32 it was. searching for about two weeks i was ready to give up until i found my baby.

It was mettalic dark blue, work xd9 grey rims, tinted black windows, with this huge fmic in the front. The rb20 had a bigger thirty millimeter turbo from the 26, and a three inch hks exhuast. the interior is stock except for sparco racing seat, boost gauge, steering wheel, and pioner head unit.

I drove the car for two months until the clutch went. now it sits with a cover on it in the snow at my parents house. my heart drops everytime i see it. but i have been working hard battling rent, wonter beater breakdowns, and unexpexted insurance bills, along with photo radar, to save money for the clutch. But i finnaly have done it, Just got to put it in.

im working on a 1990 skyline r32 GTR, but i thought i'd throw some pics up on here and show off my car... dont kno if its okay or not so i wont post pics untill i get an okay from a few ppl.


so yeah... my name is Justin, i have a 1992 honda del sol SIR, was imported 4 years ago so its a RHD also, im in the middle of installing a turbo... its a b16a engine 170 hp stock
