  • WTB in monthly Installments: Skyline GT-R

I'm a fairly simple man, however, money... it's tight.

This offer will be open for a few months at least, until I'm sure that the HKS Kansai car my friend has will and can be mine.

Until then, I'm willing to drop a deal, and for someone looking to get rid of their GT-R, that is in okay shape, but doesn't need the money that bad, a good way to have some cash in your pocket, every month, for a good solid amount of time.

I'm looking to get a GT-R, with less then 125K, with this payment base:

    500 down
250-300 every month to start, with payments increasing as my salary increases until paid for car in full.

If I miss a payment (Which I will do my goddamn best not to) you have the right to retract the car back after 2 payments missed within a 60 day increment.

Essentially, I'm saying that if I miss 2 payments, you have the legal (contractually signed agreement) right to repossess the vehicle without refunding me all payments made before then.

It would be a written up contract, basically here in stating that the car is yours to repossess, with the ownership in my name. It would be looked over BY a certified lawyer or witness of your choice, and fully signed.

I would wire the money to your bank account every month, making copies of the receipts every year, until paid for fully.

    -------------------------------------------

Basically, this is a good deal for anyone, who like I said, is in no hurry to make money off of their GT-R, but would like some cash in their pocket.

You can trust that I'd baby the car, and keep it well done, and you can check up on it whenever you please.

The reason I ask for this payment plan, is that after having some family troubles, I got into some financial termoil and I now do not have sufficient credit to take a loan out from the bank on the car.

My uncle took my phone to Quebec (while it was registered in Ontario) and made long distance calls on it from Ontario to B.C. to Quebec, from Quebec, resulting in a 1600 dollar bill that I could not pay off right away as the then 19 year old student that I was. He made no offer to reimburse me for my debts.

PM me if interested. If I think the car is great, I'll wire you 800 dollars before I even come to pick the car up, no questions asked, and do up the contract, so that when we do meet, we can sign and validate.

    Thanks.

    Steve.

-No haters in the thread please. If you have any questions, feel free to politely ask them in PM, or in this thread.

Why don't you just get a loan from the bank, make things so much easier.

If you read my post, I state that my uncle smashed my line of credit with his roaming charges on my phone.

I wish I could, I really do, but I have to make up for credit because of him.

Go to a sub prime lender like Wells Fargo. They'll give anyone a loan that has a job. High interest. Very high but its worth it if you wanna buy a car now and also REBUILD your credit.

That's what I did years ago. Had bad credit from some poor choices as a teenager. Went to wells and got a cash loan and now I'm back in the clear after paying off several loans for the sole purpose of rebuilding my credit.

          Good luck.

Wish I could, but TBH, I'd rather avoid working with hustlers. I'm an honest guy, and I like honest people. Thanks though, for the help.

What's dishonest about them? They tell you straight up. High interest for people with bad credit.

              I don't understand?

Talk to your uncle, the least he can do is co-sign for you to get a car. If he doesn't want to do that then take him to small claims court.

I hate to be negative, and not to rain on your parade, but what happens when your Skyline breaks down, and it will....say if it cost you $2000 to fix, or $500 for that matter? what will you do, will you fix it? or have a car sit in your garage for a few years till you can put some scratch together to pay to repair it.....I am just thinking realistically here.....I wouldn't want anyone to go through that, but with a 20 year old ticking time bomb it's inevitable....I say save up a huge chunk of money, be patient and it will be worth the wait.....I always say, if it's too hard to get, it ain't meant to be......my 2 cents.

It's not that we don't trust you but when the signed papers say you are the new owner for the car, the seller will have no rights to harass you unless of course agreed upon and notified by a lawyer to seize car of unpayment..

I'm no kid, and I appreciate the advice from everyone here.

I would sue my Uncle, that is, if he wasn't such a coke snorkling ass, who would certainly dispute the case with the fact that I lived under his roof for a matter of months, ate his food, and paid nothing for all of it. On that basis alone, he would win the case.

I've looked at all my options. And for the kind gentleman who offered a suggestion of having a chunk, I have 3000 saved up already, in case of a hefty repair bill. I've done my research, and studied this before my investment. Keep in mind, I have owned a GT-R before.

Sorry man but do yourself a favor. Save your cash and buy a car. I dont think anyone here can or would want to bankroll your car purchase. Live within your curent means and focuse on fixing your credit.

I understand the Credit issues inflicted upon you but seriously the only way out is to Pay the colecttions charges if they havent been already. Then after 6months. Apply for a discharge of the colection case including the explanation as to why the charges happened. THEN you will be able to get a loan for your car. It will be threw wells fargo BUT it will be a a reduced interest rate if you donot have your discharge papers in order.
                            You can't fix stupid.

Okay, it's likely what I'm going to do. Thanks for the heads up!

I'm currently working, so the plan is to hit up Wells Fargo in a month of two, and approach them and ask for HALF of what I need, (by then I'll have the other half saved up) and go from there.

Thanks for the kind words guys.
