mcfly, when you have your "fastest GTR in Canada," I'll consider it a deal if it's got 1000+WHP and under $100k when you sell it.

At a glance, it looks like you can get something similar to a veyron HP-wise, for a tenth of the price...?

Like the whole GTR thing being an "affordable supercar, destroying cars worth $200k more"?

                "bang for buck"

1k hp cars are not rare nor expensive.

                    Needs lap-times.

Best bang for buck IMO is a homebuilt Locost or a Factory Five GTM. As far as total package is concerned... since I don't really care what kind of power a car makes if it can't do anything but go fast straight (not saying this car can't handle, just speaking generally here)

                    What song is that anyway?

                      you fail
                      thats a mustang vs. a beautiful m3
                      what were you thinking?

for the same price as a gtr i would take that over a gtr anyday

The GTM is a DAMN sexy car... I wanna build one. one day. They say the estimated amount you'll have to spend to build the car is $80,000. But i'm pretty sure you could do it for less and still kick ass.

Do want that body kit. There is a serious lack of widebody kits that look good in the world, most of them have huge vents cut somewhere that looks a bit silly.

This also makes me wish I got an E46 M3.

I guess it is all what you are looking for...
1000hp 'Stang fast in a straight line
1000hp BMW fast in turns as well (maybe)

My friend owns a West Racing Vivace race car, about $40,000, and deadly fast on the circuits. It can whoop heavily tuned GT-Rs. Engine is 185hp Toyota 4AG, Wilwood brakes, Rays TE37s, tube frame, FRP body. Some may argue that a setup like this is the best bang for the buck as well.
