Im heading to Japan in 30 days. glad im not going to be here for the quake..
The thing is, we never know when and where we will get hit! Who knows what will happen in 30 days from now! Anyways, I hope you have a safe and happy trip!
Still watching on this end. Any more info, GTR-Guy? This tsunami is insane! Watching those huge boats and buildings just washed away is... There's no words to describe it. I'm praying for everyone over there.

There is still aftershocks going on! And the Tsunami warnings are still on T.V. And 200-300 bodies were found floating in the water! I figure the death toll will be high, but we will get a better idea in the next few days!
I have been following this since I got home, it is unreal. I can't get over the images of the wall of water obliterating everything in its path, it is terrifying. Glad to hear members are OK but very sad to hear of the huge death toll and damage report.
The worst part I think is they have been saying due to the level of seismac activity from such a severe shift in the plates, the aftershocks could keep coming for weeks and probably longer!
Holy god. Working in a refinery myself, if ours are like theirs, those spheres are filled with highly flammable gas (albeit in their liquid form).
All my thoughts are with our friends in japan.
