  • As things come up I'll try to post something on here. Big trip planned to Circuit Mont Tremblant at the end of August. So far it'll be myself, a C6 Vette, a C5 Z06, a 2010 M3, and a 2008 3 series coupe. Going at is pretty serious too. Currently working on shipping race tires up for us too.

        • So I'm originally from Nova Scotia. I have not been back since I moved to Vancouver back in July of 1995. I hear whispers of R32 owners out there who are in the area -- any chance I could meet up with some of you guys? I'll be haunting the Clayton Park area, Coal Harbor and even going to PEI for the day.

If anyone's interested, email me. I want to see some of the beasts of the east coast. My Skyline will be staying in Vancouver.

I'll be in Halifax from July 24th until August 4th. Looking forward to a meet!

If anyone's interested, July 26th in the evening works out for me just fine. There's a Tim Hortons at Lacewood that I was thinking we could meet. It'd be nice to see the R32s on that side of the fence and see how awesome they run.

          • You guys wanna do a skyline meet up at the atlantic nationals? Not actually in the atlantic Nationals, but say at one of the near by parking lots or something. Saturday July 9th? There are too other r33 gtrs in my area now, and one other r32 I know for sure would be down. Be cool to get some pics together.

              • I'd be up for it, if the GTR is up for it, that is. Got to install the Driftworks HICAS delete and see what's wrong with the AWD.

Is there a way we could get track time on the AMP? I'd like to stretch her legs a little, but only if you guys give me space because she's stock the poor thing

I only see registered (closed) events with clubs, but I'd want to see a Skyline day.

So are you saying I could only hit the track if I join the MMSC?

A "Skyline Day"? How many Skylines do you think there are in NS? Of these owners how many do you think have the money to pool together to book a track for an event?
If you want to just do a meet then we can find a location, a date and go from there.
If you want to run your car it's only $30 for a membership and your first event is free. Lapping at AMP is a bit more expensive but still by far the best bang for your buck in Canada and probably in North America.

Just asking for the sake of asking. A couple pages back it seemed like we could of made some kind of track time. I just want to see a couple skylines driving on a track together, that's all.

I'll see into the MMSC membership if I feel the GTR's up for it.

                          • Although MMSC has lots of booked track time many of us (ARMS members) don't see the value in spending all the money.
You can just join ARMS and do the track days and solo sprints that aren't reserved for the MMSC. Much cheaper. The club membership for ARMS is $30. I think a lapping event is $80 if memory serves.
If ever you want to come down for an event my door is open to you. I'm about a 40 minute drive from AMP.

Quite generous of you, thanks! I'll look into an ARMS membership when I'll have the time.
