Local victoria bc GTR owners?

exactly... victoria has a "special" market.... values will probably never change... even in our economy crisis people were still buying new homes and building new homes. lands the best investment... look at the people who baught and went through the 80's economy slump... there houses are now worth plenty... not to sound racsist but until the east indians stop investing in land and rental houses in victoria will i think twice about buying here. because lets face it i can rent a house... pay 1400$ a month or get a mortgage pay 2200 bucks a month and rent the suite for 1200$. have to live some where... so what intrest rates jump....
plus i just sold my condo today... a 2 bedroom ... for $324000 in langford. i guess people are scared eh...??

Tell me how that works out for you when you renew your mortgage at 8% (historical norms)...

Is it just me that has issues taking financial advice from a guy that misspells bought?
