Yah its a black intercooler... and also the angle of the photo makes it harder to see as well.. once I have the car today or tomorrow I'll take some real photo's.. those are just photo's he took for his for sale ad.

congrats on your acquisition!! i waited for 2 years to buy a GTR that i was confortable getting into. It was well worth it, no problems to speak of so far.

As far as the intercooler goes... get to know your car a little and remove your front bumper, easy job. Then remove your intercooler, it's painted black from the factory. Get some decent paint remover that you wont have to scrub at and strip all the black off, then powerwash. I posted some photos in the "best pictures" thread in the media section the other day. I did this to my intercooler and i think it looks a million times better.

bride seats... talk to some sponsors here they can get them for sure.

and watch out for car guys... logically speaking, nice lookin GTR + nice lookin girl = mad hotness!:-D

Yah you know, I came back from my vacation thinking I wasnt in a rush anymore at all to get a skyline.. but this one came up and I saw it and its perfect, had a bunch of friends here who have or previously have owned GTR's who have a lot of experience with them, and they alll said to get it.. that i was mint and well taken care of... and its one I've wanted for a long time but never really tried to get because he had a way higher asking price before, but he dropped it because he was in a rush to sell it... so I scooped her up and I'm sooo happy with it.

Oh, and the vinyls actually look pretty good in person... but I may end up taking them off eventually.. we'll see.

I just want to dig in and start working on it and learning.. I'm so overwhelmed with happyness haha.

haha yah I agree, he didnt really know what he was talking about.. and some parts he has listed as done to the car i've found out he doesnt actually have done... it doesnt have a blow off valve, thats one thing... lmao.. so I'm in need of one... anyone selling a decent greddy blow off valve? Love the sounds of those.

The car does have a couple problems.. but still... I pretty much sold my CRX to him for 10,000$ (we traded cars) and then I gave him 4000$ on top. I think its a good deal haha. .... you never hear about anyone being able to sell their CRX for $10g!
