My fabricator simply extended the walls out to match the new body. Door hinge included with the extension. I can show you pics if you want. Might save you some trouble and lots of money!~Tonee

Hmm.. I see. Mine was only 3 inches away. So, with the extended body and the original gas intake placement... I can still put in the gas filler without any problems.
But, with 4-6in. .. uh.. yea.. I can see why you would need to modify that too.~Tonee

Hey I just jumped into this thread. JDMCurt told me about it!
I have the red R32BeeR in Edmonton, and I'm in the process of doing a R34 tailight conversion myself! 3/4's of the work is already done cause of the kit, so it wont be too bad.
If your in the area, your more than welcome to come and take measurement....and if your real nice, It would be easy to make the jigs to hold up the front end off of mine, but I think the BeeR kit's front end is shaped differntly so it might not help. Mabey next week before I leave for vacation, I could throw up some pics if anyone wants.
For the tailights, Im going to cut off the top stock bracket from the R32 lights, cut into a bit of the body, mount the lights, cut the trunk and rear fiberglass panels to fit, then vola!!
For the fuel door, BeeR's kit leaves the stock one, and the panels are about an inch bigger. I've also dropped the stock fuel tank, and am going to cut the trunk out and make a fuel cell with built in diffusers. At the same time I'm going to cut in new rear brake ducks and vent them through the rear bumper.
I am giong to post everything when I'm done, I've been video tapeing the whole thing.
If you have any questions, I'll do my best to help
