i got a short hub and a quick release and i have to take my hand off the wheel to use the turn signal after abit you get used to it and as for the problem for the wheel being at your chest i just pushed the wheel all the way in like when you pull that lever you can move it in or out i moved all the way in and it is just perfect!

well since people posted i got off my ass and took some pics.

bought an FD3S RX-7 shell and a twin turbo 1jz. been busy with that lately.

        new parts:
        strut bar
throttle body thingy. (for smoother pedal feel)
        no more abs
        red silicone couplers
        origin rear bumper

        anyways...
was about to take the car for its first rip. had bled the brakes and clutch, put in synthetic oil in the tranny the night before.
came back in the morning to find out my abs was shot and had leaked dot 3 all over my engine bay. FACK!

so i went and bought everything to change it to non abs. pics:

        the damage^

        FACK you abs!!!^

        bought a non abs master^

        joined rear lines^ ghetto yes..

        before and after.

        before^

        after^

weeks before had rolled the fenders, also got new (to me) origin bumper for cheap. zip tie fix FTW

Garage and car are hella dirty.

and pic of the throttle body thing. my pedal feels like crap. so ill get a new bracket made for this guy.

and unfortunately winter came outa nowhere so i cant even drive it this year 2 feet of snow on the ground. so prob no updates for months again.

fair enough. You going to get that RX7 done for spring? I remember seeing the VVT 1J FD at sema back in the day. I should have got into the JZ motors a long time ago. Id prob have one in all my cars if I did. Hopefully you dont convert totally away from the RB son!

I'll def keep this car with an rb in it as long as I can.

But yes rx7 will be good to go hopefully by the end of march. Then compete in amature. (if race city will be around). I might post a build on dw soon. Kinda pointless on this website.

naw man. I live in Vanny now. Events like those are always fun. Just like JDM allstars drift bash. We used the road course at race city tho. They run a lot of practices here on the island. I just dont have a running car right now. Next year. Who runs the am comps for next season. I havnt been paying any attention. Is Collin running those|?

Hey what throttle cable did you end up using to reach the throttle pulley? I have the bracket in place but I was told the 240sx twin cam throttle cable was it. Anyways let me know, interested in knowing
Miss driving sooooo bad! Need to get a car on the road ASAP!
