Impact coatings.Originally posted by C-unit View PostJust wondering where did you get the parts ceramic coated and how much? I am trying to do my turbine housing, manifold and downpipe.
they charged me 80 a turbine housing(160 a turbo), 100 dollars per exhaust manifold, then i think something like 60 per dump pipe.
when you add in the intake piping i got down, and the intake plenum, i think all in all i paid about 1100 for ceramic coating.
Ive gotten everything i need coated already coated hah. but if i need anything else in the future, i will ask you.Originally posted by rolyaT View PostThere's a place in Edmonton/nisku that I get my stuff coated at.Does good work, not to expensive and can get any powder/ceramic. Let me know if ya want the info. Don't mean to jack ur thread

thanks man!Originally posted by ColinR33 View PostComing along very nicely! Keep it up!
I keep forgetting a few things about this car to fix so imma say it now.
The left rear sway bar link, haha when i took the engine out the second time and had the car lifted up on the hoist, the friggin link was hanging haha. so i gotta look at getting them either replaced, or fixed. im not sure if the bolt just came out, or if it stripped. I was wondering why the **** my suspension was clunky haha.
Also, anyone know where i can get the metal spring piece, or retainer whatever it is, that goes on the clutch release bearing? Im guessing i put mine on wrong cause its bent.

Yeah im not going to be wrapping them, just ceramic coat them. And just a question here, did you notice your exhaust being much louder with the headers and dumps? Like i figure they should make it a little more louder cause i wouldnt mind that at allOriginally posted by curtisgoodman View Postim using the expreme headers and dump pipes... the only thing that i hate is that i never get to see them anymore all that header wrap over everything
but besides that you wont be sorry you got them... ever

Are you sure only 450-500? If i only hit that much hp, im ******* blowing this car up. I made 440awhp on nismo 580's that were not in the best shape.Originally posted by NismoS-tune View PostThis setup should be good for 450whp-500whp, nice parts! What's the plan for the rest of the mods?
This time round, im going with bigger cams, a pretty decent head port, turbos that are rated 100hp more, tomei exhaust mani's, and tomei dumps. Ive already got all the other supporting mods. Im honestly hoping for 530awhp. Any lower and i will actually cry.
