Wheel fitment thread.

Hey Guys,

I have a 1993 GTS-T soon to be lowered 30mm or so. I can get a great deal on a used wheel and tire combo that I've been told came off of a R33.

Here are the specs.

F 235/45/17 on a 8 inch with +32
R 255/40/17 on a 9 inch with +38

Will it fit without any modifications?

I am getting some rubbing up front at lock going up curbs, but I don't think lowering it half an inch would change anything. It's in the cards, just haven't got around to it.

Hey Burly, nice wheels!! Lower the front n rear a tard bit, maybe half an inch and your car will be perfect!! Finally there are more GTS-t guys that know how to fit their wheels!!! Prop for you mate!!

any idea how these would fit a gts-t?
I know they would need a fender roll, but anything else?

You might run into issues of the wheel rubbing the coilover in the front with that size.

Wheels: 17x9 +20 Wedsport SA90's
Tires: 235/40ZR17 Yokohama S-Drive rubber
Camber: -2.25 front, -2.0 rear, needs another alignment so specs may be off.

Lip roll front and rear, basically flush. Might lower the front some more.

Really depends on the wheel. I don't see a purpose in buying wheels with the same diameter as OEM although they would be slightly lighter, but some 16's really fit the era of car.

If you what to get 17x11 in w/e offset, you will need atleast 20mm over fenders. 255 tires would work, you don't need 225 on 11s.

if he wanted stock fenders he would need 225's
