why did you pull the rears past the tires so far?

nah did a lil diagram drawing. I like your fitment with the advans. gonna go for 18x9 +20. 9.5 will stick out too much i think.

I am running -2.25 front and -2.00 rear, 17x9 +20 on 235/40

You don't want to run too much out back or the car won't feel very secure on the road. Get the car aligned to some comfortable settings, then fit the fenders to the wheels. You don't want to force yourself to run shitty settings.

Go with the 18x9.5. Mine isnt a very aggressive roll at all with the above spec'd wheels.

anyone here have problems fitting 9.5 all around? debating on 18x9.5 +20 or 18x9 +20. Getting down to my final decision within the week...god that took long

well tires are on their way. 235/45/17 for the front, 245/45/17 for the back. after installation i will check the clearance and get spacers accordingly.
as for the camber.. (as stated in another thread) i have 2deg front+back on the right side and 1.43 / 1.25 front+back on the left. should i get them to even it all out at 2 deg?

its tire shopping time now...
i want to go with as much contact patch as i can without rubbing. i am going to put the wheels with bald tires back on to check clearance and see how much i can, but what would you guys reccomend?
a 245 or 255 would be nice...

And thanks for the ups. Wheels are fitting nicely, other than the tires howl like bastards above 70km/h. Like... headache bad. Looking for new ones as we speak.

Fender rolling is cheap. PM Manny at FTP, he has a fender roller now. Would probably require you to do it yourself though.

I'm running 17x9 +20 with 235/40's on a basic fender roll (-2.25 camber front, -2 rear). fits nicely, could probably go wider. Next setup will be 18x9.5 and 18x10 +15-20ish on both.

There won't be very much difference between 18x9 and 17x9 (slight difference in the angle of the tire stretch, but very minor). I would run a lower offset if I were you. Check out either earlier pages of this thread, or my build thread for some pics.

actually i was considering your car back when i was in the market but decided on steves old gts... the new ones look nice. Ill take a good look through the earlier pages. But really the deciding factor is the cost of a fender roll (being a student money is tight *sigh* lol).

hey how much did you guys pay to have your fenders rolled (looking to get some comparisons and not get ripped off) also i read that 17x9 +30 all around will fix w/o a roll but i assume would look pretty dirty... also is it possible to fit 18x9 all around (with 245) w/o a roll? im debating whether or not i wanna roll because money is kinda tight. Also if i went w/ 17x9 or 18x9 what you recomend for offsets w/ and w/o a roll.
(sorry i know this has been asked a million times just wanna see what you guys have to say)
