God, I hate that the Honda is growing on me... Not performance wise, but comedy wise! I have rock-guarded most of the body, and picked up a bucket of sidewalk chalk so me, and my friends can draw on it.

I'll invite you for a four door cruise up into the interior, or up the coast when it's back on the road Ben.

what is the limit on a stock piston? now that you hit approx 400 HP and fractured 2 i would imagine you hit the limit on the OEM pistons?

or...was it your Tune was really that bad?

The tune... heavier knock than they expected. The way they fractured was from detonation.

Still going... Still waiting for parts... Stopped in today to ask, and they said the parts should be getting shipped by next week.

I am still driving an 88 civic p.o.s. and starting to really, really, really want my car back. Every day I am passed by some idiot in a rice bucket, and half the time they soooooo need to be put in their place.

It has been a full year now, since you asked.

they told me the shipment would be here by then +1 Week in customs if the parts you wait for are on that? So by Aug31/Sept01 from what im told from TSS.

you may want to try an up grade intake with a tomei fuel pressure regulator,and a top mount turbo with external waste gate,a walbro fuel pump wont hurt with some 550cc injecctors.man thats a nice car you got there. sad news you want to get a chipped ECU or a stand alone to manage this mods

I have em in mines only with 850cc injectors and a power fc comander everything else was stock,I was at 20 to 23 psi and the car ran ok.Know im getting a gt42 and upgrading internals good luck man

I have a walbro 255, and Sard 550cc injectors.. An FPR is coming in the shipment too, as well as having an Apexi Power FC on backorder. Thanks for the advice anyhow..

Yeah

its got to be the tuning man.its just rear to see a mild build rb with such low numbers,you have a nice set up to run 400+hp,but I would have gone with bigger injecctors such as 800cc and above,Im the one who thinks get the big stuff just in case and run low boost.but its all good man att least you have the real deal,we over here have to improvice a little.actually Im loving this proyect its clean,nice and has some balls to back it up.cool
