Hey Mike at what Rpm would you say you get full boost with that gt3071? Im tryn to decide if a 2871 will be enough for my setup.
Traction is optional, so are zipties

Sure if full boost is 16PSI. I want more, but we'll tune for that in the future.

            wishlist?

My car doesn't deserve any more money thrown at it other than gas and insurance. (that's a lie)

I wish I stayed a bit more sober this winter to save money (that's also a lie)

I wish it doesn't snow on low levels and only lots on the mountains (that's not a lie)

                I wouldn't mind cams.

It doesn't bog, persay, but the power slowly creeps in around 3500rpm, then kicks you around 5500rpm.

I am severely limited by the lack of traction on my rear tires (10%, if not 0%)

Sounds like O on boost gauge at around 3500rpm and 16psi at around 5500rpm.

There's another 24hp or so at same boost level with drop in (if stock valve springs haven't done high km) Tomei Poncams + ECU retune to suit. So roughly 310rwhp (roughly 374hp at engine) at same boost level (16psi).

It's interesting, as GTS-R with basic breathing mods and without ECU retune reaches 0 on boost gauge just before 3000rpm and car really moves at around 4800rpm (reaches full boost of 13.348psi) with T3 / T04E turbo. Produces around 314.5hp at I think was engine.

So your GT3071R turbo must be slightly bigger than factory GTS-R T3 / T04E turbo. Or your GT3071R turbo has a bigger exhaust housing A/R.

                    actually it's 0 at about 1600 RPM.

                    compressor: Inlet 4.0" outlet 2.0" A/R 0.50

                    turbine: Wheel diameter: 56.5mm Trim: 84 A/R 0.64

Interesting, HKS 25/30 looks to be 0 at around 1200rpm or so.

yep, works great and is very affordable while not sacrificing quality.

excellent. Well.. i think im still gunna go for the gt2871, i want to hit boost a little quicker and not looking for that much power out of an rb20 probably just like 300 ish.

Where did you get your front facing intake manifold? I wants.
