I am absolutely loving the interior, and that wheel! So clean..
Currently I have a sparco sued wheel which I believe is 220, and it's too small for me. I can't see my fuel gauge without moving my head while driving .
lol I'm considering buying a suede Personal 330 wheel for tracking, I find my 350 perfect for road driving but it gets in the way when heel toeing on the track. Never did see a 330 in person though...
Same reason why I'm getting a quick release and bought another boss, trying to get the spacing right.
So how come you find it too small? Too much torque to turn it?
so i had an alignment done today and the car is handleing a lot better now and wheel isnt shaking like crazy. took it on an empty highway and had it at about 200 for a couple seconds, man this car is rock solid. so im happy with the alignment.
but.. after that good stretch down the highway i started to hear a noise under the hood and pulled over.
i then limped it all the way home not going over 2000rpm and its sitting in my garage now. ill be pulling apart a few things trying to find it. im hoping its a loose bold under the valve cover..
This is the last you will see of the rb20 on this thread. eventually it will be my new rb20 hard body project and i will make a new thread.
let these photos and videos be a reminder/warning for everyone to keep an eye on you're oil temps while driving hard. try not to be so trigger happy while breaking in an engine like i was either. It was conventional oil because i was still "breaking in" the engine and the oil lost all lubrication.
notice the pieces of bearing throughout the oil pan, on the cradle, and on the oil pick up.
