I like how they match the rear's and contrast the blue. I dislike the bumper cover in your avatar.

I pulled my MAF apart and resoldered all the connections on the top circuit board. I think most guys just solder the pins to the plug. I put my resoldered MAF back in and it started running poorly. I also changed my o2 sensor with a 300zx universal sensor (OE Xtra SG36). I thought I wired the wires to the old plug correctly. The new o2 sensor has 2 white wires and 1 black, the OEM o2 sensor has 1 white, 1 red, and 1 black. Supposedly black is the signal output, and red and white are heaters. I wired blacks together, whites together and white to red. I thought I may have fried my MAF when I soldered the points on the board. Finally I ordered a Bosch W0133-1614661 which came with a plug already on it that plugs in perfectly. Sure as sh*t my car runs great again now. The weird thing is that the first sensor I bought looks exactly like the OEM one, and the Bosch sensor is way different. Another weird thing is that the black wire on the Bosch is on the middle pin on the plug and on the OEM it was the right side pin.

Bosch is left, OEM middle, OE Xtra is on the right

OE Xtra wires, plug is upside down, but black wire is on right regardless.

                Bosch with black in middle

I completely agree, everyone is entitled to their opinion. However I really dont care if you dont like it, because I do.

Our cars may be twins but my car's the bad twin, which explains her red puffy eyes.

I thought the point of this style of thread was to show our vehicle's to the skyline community members who are unable to see them in person. I didnt make this thread to gain your approval of how Ive modded my car.

Ya I gotta give my trunk and engine bay a good cleaning.

I got my MAF and injectors in the mail today Just waiting on my boost controller and FMIC, then off to the tuners.

                          Regards,
                          Ken.

That's looking good man. I would like to know how to resolder a maf properly though as this I think would be a good thing to do at this point in the cars life(20years old). Did you just end up getting a z32 maf then? I'm assuming that's what that is.
Miss driving sooooo bad! Need to get a car on the road ASAP!

I think guys just solder the four pins leading from the plug to the board, I soldered all points on the upper board and the plug pins (see above). After I put in my Z32 MAF ill take apart my RB20 MAF again and take some more detailed pictures. My idle is pretty much deadly now though, it still has a very minor hunt but Im hoping nistune will fix that. Ill take a short video of my idle tonight hopefully...its the best its been since Ive owned it. Oh and my sidewalk is done now

It has the odd little hiccup but much better than it was, Skym was saying that with nistune I should be able to set the idle a little higher. Hopefully I can make it perfect with minimal fluctuations aswell.
