its like touching... i am buying s13 rear tow arms and going to try and get custom mounts on the subframe...like the driftworks hicas eliminator kit... but i need it to hand low enough to clear the subframe... doable?

I would suggest custom mounts on the subframe like the dw hicas eliminator and then use pbm or SPL toe arms which feature the bend. You could then use an angle grinder to cut the "washer cups" and trim off excess bolt. That's what I did.

Could also get pbm subframe risers to help out a bit.

I'm liking the build, looks like lots of work is being done. What spring rates did you end up going with for the bc coilovers??

im just talking back and forth with ian fournier and he also said he cut the collar or whatever for the toe arm. and i went with 12/10 for the streets so that it doesnt move too much since im going for a very precise fitment when its all done and then ill be getting 8/6 to swap in for drift...

annnnnnnd diff on the ground is getting to low since the wheel well's will be sitting on the tire lol. and i already have no room for exhaust at this point... might have to raise a little. but 3.5 exhaust aint small to tuck lol

and thanks for saying you like it. its finally starting to get a move now that money is doing well. not sure if i should buy sideskirts like i had planned.... they are too tall for the hight its at now. maybe just trip the top of the skirt and bring up to give me a bit of ground clearance.

i was bored so i added a few body parts on just to see what it looks like.. just sitting all together very fragile lol

these are 205/40/17.... which is a very small tire/diameter

and i remembered i had this kicking around lol.

            125/90/16 hahaha.

and i think it needs to go up half inch... then it will be about 1 inch off the ground lol

Go with an Oval exhaust like Pbm makes for the 240s! That will save you a couple inches. Yea lime esh said Pbm subframe risers will help you have to mod your ebrake cable mounts tho.
Traction is optional, so are zipties

so i got a bit of exhaust work done... still more to come but this is the more interesting part of it. (what you can actually see)

i got the muffler on my kakimoto exhaust cut off and replaced with a 22" long by 4" magnaflow tip to make it completely straight pipe all the way from turbo. and it goes 3" off turbo till test pipe then 3.5" till tip, then the 4" at the end. as soon as i get my B*eer ill be expecting to shoot some flames out of that nice big chrome tip lol

so i bought new MEGAN rear upper traction arms and put them in and raised the car almost an inch and tried to get rid of camber...

so i had 7 degrees of camber from slamming it... and now im at 3.5 degrees... which is decent but still to much. 0 might be a lot of work because my AMS camber arms are maxed out and i can only reach 3.5.... so ill need to customize those to try and get rid of more... and ill have to pull my fenders a bit more to allow for the camber to reach 0. oh and the MEGAN arm is longer then the stock arm when its completely compressed... kinda strange but anyways i have crazy toe our right now because of them being to long... but once my rear toe arms come in then ill be able to fit that issues.

i didnt even take pics of the camber arms or traction arms lol... ill take pics with the subframe risers and rear toe, new diff, and new subframe.

having camber at 0 is not going to help you at all. if you dont want tire wear adjust your toe angles properly with that camber and youll be fine. Ive been running -3.75 on both wheels in the rear with no wear damage. Just one thing when going for an allignment the rear has a special tool so make sure your shop has it or can get it before putting the car on the machine

i want 0 camber for drifting purposes not tire wear issues. ive had 4 for over a year and doesnt bother me. but thanks for the heads up lol. and my camber arms are super easy to adjust... just need the proper size wrench.

                          so here's my camber arms...

if you notice the threads are extended much more on the 1 then the other, its actually half inch. because i extended the bigger threads a bit till maxed out then some extra ones from the small

i know it looks like the tape measures are all over the place but when your standing in line their properly positioned.

so what you see here is the "shorter" camber arm the way it is extended was giving me 7 degrees and the longer (half inch) was giving me 3.5 degrees. so what i need to do is weld a new plate on top of the hole on the opposite side of the threads and drill a new hole about 3/4 inch farther back making the camber arm longer so i dont need to extend the threads as much. i will make sure i do more precise measurements but just showing you guys the work it takes to properly set up a slammed car haha. best thing to do is raise it... but i refuse till theirs no other option.

so i got my knuckles back, the car isnt set up properly set. i didnt even adjust the steering arms and theirs only 2 wheels on the whole car. but i know some of you wanted to see and in my mind it doesnt look like alot, but maybe its just because i dont remember how much it was before... some of you might be able to say whether its much more or not really.

"THESE PICTURES WERE TAKEN BEFORE I FIGURED OUT WHY IT WASNT MUCH ANGLE, WAS HITTING INSIDE WHEEL WELL SO I BANGED THAT OUT, YOU'LL SEE THE DIFFERENCE IF YOU SCROLL DOWN"

and here's the modification he did. doesnt look pretty but hes done over a douzen of these so he knows whats going on.

got a new exhaust manifold, nothing crazy, just easy swap for better flow.

it actually was super easy to get the OEM off but to put the new one was horrible... the studs were hitting some runners so it was very delicate to put the bolts on.
