It's really not that complicated unless you are the type of guys that only had picture books 'till you were 13 ANyways, I'm just waiting for this guy to e-mail me back. Still trying though

EDIT: Ok guys. I got two but not the third Should be better now either way.

          PICS! YAY!

I figured it out on my own anyways. I was just paranoid of braking something because I've never even seen a skyline motor before this, let alone a coil.

              !?!?!?!
Maybe not the best project to be doing yourself then. Nothing personal. It's just these are really expensive parts to be replacing if you break them, and if you can't find them to begin with, then maybe not the best idea for you to be doing it youself. If you insist though, they should be right on the top of the engine. You probably still have your well cover in place. The big piece of metal on the top of the engine head that says, "Nissan Twin Cam 24 Valve" on it. Remove that and you'll see all the coils in a line under that. I strongly suggest youdo some reading up first though if your hell bent on doing this yourself. A lot of sensitive and breakable parts on the road to the coils :P

Sorry You have to tape the whole thing from top to bottom. Again, this is just a possible solution to coils that might be cracked. In no way should this be taken as something you have to do (taping the coils I mean)

Sounds good, my car is having a lot of misfire problems and this is the next thing for me to try. My question is, where exactly do I tape up? Around the rectangle box part or on the actual stem that goes down to connect with the plug?

Also, on one of my coils, I found a tiny rip on the boot that actually goes around the plug, could this be causing a problem as well?

On the RB25 the coils can only be accessed by taking of the intake tube that runs across the motor. they sit on the top in the middle

^^ Same with the RB20 motors. I've heard this cover that is on there seems to cause a lot of heating of the coils, so generally people just take them off, or in some cases, have made cool cut outs on their panel piece.
If anyone is interested in this car, let me know.

I've cut mine personally. You just have to leave the part at the rear of the cover, because that's were your control module for your coils is mounted. Other than that, a nice grinder job will shave off the extra and leave a nice finish.
