Hello everyone! We recently were referred to this message board and would like to contribute. Hopefully we can provide some answers to member's questions, technical insight, and share photos of various GT-R's we've worked on.

We'll also keep you posted on our shop R32 time attack car. The next event is scheduled for April.

            Greg,
            Welcome to the board!

I've seen your website and was very impressed with the logical approach you take to developing products and selecting parts to meet a performance target.

I remember seeing an ignition voltage booster in the past, but don't see it now. Is my memory bad?

            Cheers,
            Dan

JZ thanks for the high praise.

Our shop R32 is currently undergoing some updating for the upcoming time attack season. Faster times are sure to come. I'll snap some pics along the way to share.

Also, in those pics, we were running 305 hoosiers all around and still spinning all 4 coming out of the turns. We are probably going to try 315's this time around.

Are you guys using a torque split controller? If so, what brand and what percent are you sending to the front in dry conditions?

Right now we are using a Field Atessa Controller. On the controller itself, there are no numbers indicating what % of torque gets sent to the front wheels. The range on the dials is more 2wd or more 4wd. There are two settings, one for straight accel, and one for cornering accel.

It gets input from the G sensor to determine if you are in a corner or not. Then using the dials, adjust the 4wd or 2wd bias as you like.

During the last time attack, it only took us a few test sessions to get it dialed in. Basically, we turned it to full 4wd coming out of the turns since we were hanging the tail out on every corner exit.
