Hey Greg, Have you guys thought of switching to the Bee'R ETS replacment?
Basically it's a standalone ATESSA unit but it kicks in the Front torque a lot sooner and harder.
I'll try and track down the translated version I have, but the link shows a diagram of the Drag and Circuit uses that are pretty self explanatory1989 BNR32 / R34 N1 RB26 / Autronic ECU / HKS GT2540's / Ohlins Suspension

We haven't had any experience with the BeeR atessa unit. The Field one we are using works perfect for what we need it for. The ramp rate of the front torque is also increased on the Field unit.

Do the transfer case and front diff need upgrading to deliver that kind of torque?
Does an open diff still cut it at the front or have you gone to a LSD?
Awesome car! I love the look, but suspect the performance is even better.

Eric Hsu is the man!
I've seen the car run at this past Super Street Time Attack and let me tell you the thing is no joke. 2nd overall a few tenths off the time of a fully race prepped SCCA Porsche driven by a guy who is top 5 in the series. I hear that Porsche weights like under 2500-lbs too.
When I saw the XSR32 debut I was pumped to see you guys give the BNR32 platform the respect it deserved in the media. So many jokers out there think this car is RWD and many others think it has an RB20 - I'm not sure how this got started. But everyone swings off the sack of the R34 V-Spec and although it is awesome in stock form its nothing too special.
Anyway, glad to have you onboard...the site is getting bigger and there are some new secret moves to put it on the map!

All of the suspension components we are using are adjustable. It's all spherical bearings and NO compliance. No more rubber mounts. The suspension feel is extremely direct. We are currently using Nagisa Auto components with exception to the front upper arms. The name of the brand that makes the front upper links we are using escapes me right now...
Currently we are using Nismo diffs, front and rear, and the transfer case / center diff is modified to handle the extra load.
There's no way an open diff will perform as well as a LSD. The OS Giken and Nismo units are very good.
Here's the link to our used parts store. Many of the items that were not sold at our garage sale back in September are available here. Not all of the items are put up on the site yet though.
There's another link to a parts list of garage sale items.
We also have a bunch of parts for GTR's that aren't listed on either link. Engine parts, rb short blocks and long blocks, r33 headlights and taillights, r32 rear seats, intercoolers, engine harnesses, intake manifolds, etc.Greg

Nice, I am a parts whore on here as everyone will agree. I'd say between me and Felix we are prolly the most sick in the head for buying and selling waaay more than we need too.
Blitz RB26 264 cams for $200?
Defi VSD Basis for $60?
GReddy RX-7 pulley kit for $90
Koyo Nissan rads for $200?
THose are some insane prices Greg...I PM'ed you about the cams.
I just read the article on Eric Hsu in the latest Super Street "Keeping it Gangsta." So go out and pick it up and no don't scan it and post it cause I am writing for Super Street now and you will be eating my lunch.

For the build up on Speed tv, we used Work VSX's. The Work's were way too heavy. With a 315/30/18 the wheel and tire weighed 75lbs each!!!! We scored some CCW "classic race" wheels which are about 28 lbs lighter at each corner!!! You can never have a light enough wheel! Anyone have a set of magnesium BBS's they want to donate... hahah...
there's a link for the spec sheet on the car. THe specs need some updating though. We're working on that.Greg
