Bon ben, je commence à respirer un peu et j’ai maintenant le temps pour certains petit projet plus exotique.

Le métal est toujours délicat car, sans être un expert en métaux, je peux dire qu’un métal sur une strut bar se polit beaucoup mieux que celui du intercooler que je vais vous présenter.

C’est très dure dire à 100% comment il va sortir avec, disons 1 heures de travail par pipe, justement. C’est sur que si je passait 5 heures par morceaux, le résultat serait mieux, mais seriez-vous vraiment prêt à passer 20 heures sur 4 morceaux de piping qui risque d’être tout caché par le bumper ou salit après 2000 kms ? Évidement, je connais pas grand monde qui voudront sortir leurs morceaux à chaque fin de saison pour les avoir poli.

Alors, ici, je m’était dit… je vais me donner 4 heures et essayer de faire le mieux que je peux. Je crois avoir bien réussit. En fait, j’ai pris plus de temps, genre 5h30, mais bon, pas grave! Je suis confiant que j’aurais pu arrivé à un plus beau résultat en sablant plus, mais j’aurais peut-être doublé mon temps.

Si quelqu’un me donne carte blanche, par contre, je suis prêt à essayer. Une dernière chose, un métaux poli ne sera jamais du chrome, trop de monde cherche se chrome-look. Bah dans ce cas-là, je vous invite à visiter une shop qui fait du chrome plating, mais très couteux et des fois, ça dure même pas.

Ce que j’ai fait :

Une passe de sablage pour oter le plus gros.
Polissage à la laine d’acier
Polissage avec le gros pad à buffing compound et le grinder
Polissage avec polishing foam
2 couche de metla sealant
1 couche de hard hi-temp wax.

J’ai aussi poli les clamps et WD40 sur les vis.


Et j’ai nettoyer les hose aussi au APC + protecteur/conditionneur :


Peinturé la pipe flat black, pour un plus beau look.


Après ça, dites-moi pas que je suis pas un passionné, sinon je prendrais pas mes soirées à toujours vous faire part de mes projets et de nouveaux aussi qui diffère d’une peinture.

Voici une Corolla très bien entretenu par un mécanicien. EN plus cette voiture vois la track quelques fois par année!

It’s pretty rare to see a mecanic taking a good care of his ride but here’s one. By the way, this car see the track once in a while!

Voici un camion à vendre, la personne l’a fait buffer, mais le résultat était pas très beau avec pleins d’imperfection, alors il m’a contacté pour faire un petit bijoux.

This pick-up is for sale and he got it buffed to help his sale but the car had so many imperfection he contacted me to finish the job properly. Enjoy!

I’m pretty sure some peoples might appreciate this thread since I saw a couple of questions popping lately. So here’s my buying experience thread.

Depuis quelques temps, je vois beaucoup de threads sur les places où achetez ses produits. Alors j’ai décidé de prendre de mon temps et d’aidez la communauté.

Sachez que je ne suis pas oubligez de faire ça, et pour accélérer un peu le procéder, j’écrit surtout en anglais, pour la simple et bonne raison est que si vous allez commandez chez ces détaillants, vous allez devoir parlez anglais, alors vous devez comprendre l’anglais.

Je fait pas ça pour discriminer la langue française, je suis moi-même francophone!

Service: Hard to get a hold on him. It’s only a sideline

Last time, I ordered from him, he was discounting some brands like Menzerna’s product and this let me think he’s slowly retiring from this business. This year, it seems it’s impossible to get a hold on him so I think it would be better to not buy from him.

L’an passé, je l’ai rencontré quelques fois, mais la dernière fois, il liquidait quelques marques, j’en ai profiter pour lui acheter du stock Menzerna. C’était plus un sideline qu’autre chose, vaux mieux acheter ailleurs.

Quantity of brand : Good choice of brand but don’t carry the whole line of a X brand.
Service: Nether fast, neither slow.. usually takes 72 hrs to get an answer.
Website: They have a problem with it
Stock: Lots of ‘’out of stock’’ it get frustrated!
Price: Usually 30-50% higher than USA company

I must have ordered over 10 times from them but my last 3 orders were all bad experience so I doubt I will ever buy again from them.

Long story short:
There was a sale on Victoria wax but their website is done in a way that if someone put 100 quantity of a wax in his basket, it will be on hold for the next 3 hours, I think. So, one item can be sold out in a matter of minutes just because some guys takes 4 hours to place an order .

Here’s what happened with me.. stock was low on 2 differents wax, I put them in my basket and realise it’s sold out after so I must of bought the last one! My car is a mac and their paypal doesn’t work with mac. So I hit my sister’s laptop but hop!! Wax are sold out because I put them in my basket but never been able to proceed the checkout. Such a lame setup…

I get my order and.. see what happened:

This 2 wax is dried up too ( doesn’t really matter but it just give the feeling that it’s been on the shelf for a long moment)



One out of 2 microfiber was teared apart.



Took 5 days to answer my email:
Chris offered me to send me another MF and accepted to send me any Victoria wax I wanted at their discount price. But I also wanted to get a CG mat brush and a clay bar.

So I end up paying the shipping lol!!! Wow they are so cheap. I mean, he still would have had to ship that MF for 7.99$ anyways.

Then, They send me a paypal invoice to pay.. which I pay like 6 hours later. I then realise 3 days later, I was billed twice from eshine!!! They actually took the payment from my CC that I never authorized. That’s FREAKIN ILLEGAL HERE!! I don’t care, what’s their excuse, they don’t have any, they did something illegal here.

Is that what I call customer support ? FAIL!

To tell you the truth, I only buy from the same 2 supplier so there is it.

Leurs reductions ou promotions sont souvent assez faible, je m’en sert plus souvent qu’autre chose comme price-match ( loL!), mais j’ai jamais eu de problème avec eux alors je vais continuer à acheter chez eux.

I will show you just one single exemple: I had a problem with a price-match policy from them. Long story short, the owner max offered me 6 MF and one jar of wax to excuse them and offered me the right price match I wanted.

Now, the worst happened.. my bottle of APC spilled on my order. Some MF were stained and some label was in bad shape and 2 sandpaper out of 20 were soaking in.




Now, I was expecting anything on the MF because it was a gift. What they did is.. instead of simply replacing the bad label or sending me 2 new bottle of APC, they actually reshipped back my whole order for free, even the gift!

So here’s my new order x2!

Pour faire une histoire encore plus courte,

J’ai eu un erreur dans leurs prix à cause de leurs politique de prix, le propriétaire m’a offert 6 MF et un pot de cire gratuit. La commande arrive et comme vous voyez sur la photo, le savon a renversé rendant mes guénille taché et autres.

Ils ont pas posé de question et m’ont renvoyé une 2eme commandes identiques gratuitement, même si la moitié de la commande n’était même pas affecté.

Ça, j’aime ça!

Price: Alright. In fact, their price is very good but since they never offer discount and you always have to pay shipping, it make the deal a bit less sweet.

One problem: they don't ship to canada. Actually, they can but they will rip you off with fedex!!

Je tenais à vous montrer cette Yaris malgré le fait que je n’aille pas pris aucune photo du before et pendant car la personne attendait pour sa voiture. Lorsque j’ai vu l’éclat du pearl par la suite, j’ai pris le temps de shooter quelques photos. Assez hot je trouve!

Here’s a very sexy Black M3, The car has been tracked before, it even had a full cage inside. So, in my mind, I thought I would apply a high durable sealant and such when the owner told me he wanted to attend some show this years. Hopefully, I don’t just bring 1 jar of wax, so I changed my method to make the paint look stunning!

Cette voiture fesait beaucoup de piste, alors, j’ai pensé qu’un bon scellant serait apprécié. Mais lorsque j’ai su qu’il voulait faire quelques show, j’ai du changé ma méthode de travail pour lui donner un plus beau look; un look de show! À vous d’en jugez le résultat.

Polissage de l’exhaust, pour une raison que j’ignore, le coté extérieur était taché noir intense, il m’aurais fallu ma drill et mon mouton ( quelques chose que je ne traine pas sur moi pour un travail à domicile) et encore là, je peux pas être certains.

Nonetheless, it’s still came out nice.

A couple of gtrc member wish the same. However, some were very closer to you ( about 3 hours..) and nothing never happened.. I will try next year to make a kind of group-buy but I can't guarentee anything!

Ici, j’ai fait ce que j’appelle un in and out. Soit un 1-step et un shampoing intérieur à l’extérieur. Je suis malheureux d’avouer que je n’ai pas été capable d’ôter le sel sur ce tapis. C’est la première fois que ça m’arrive. Le tapis était tellement crouté, il avait absolument rien à faire, le calcium ne se dissoudrait pas pour 2 sous.
