It's a bit of a traffic stopper out on the road...... I'll have to get the front plate back on tomorrow and wire the third brakelight back up, or I'm going to have a close encounter with the police pretty quick

I even ran into somebodys wife at Superstore in Pitt Meadows who told me that her husband has a black Skyline......

The wheels are in from Japan now too, just waiting for them to clear customs........

No badge on it right now, and it's just the lighting blending the grille in with the hood, don't worry

the front end is kinda awkward looking, the back half looks great though

i think the blue and the yellow needs to blend together a bit better in the front.. it just looks like you have a mismatched bumper right now.

though it will probably look alot different once all the stickers go on it

all that work and you guys couldn't at least put some nice s13 side markers??

The crappy tire ones don't look very good with the screws and whatnot.

So far, so good Mike! Looks like the vision is starting to come together! The front lip, wheels and decals should really tie everything together!

I do have to agree on the rear side markers though! Can we donate a set of OE Nissan S13 side markers?

Looking forward to seeing it soon in person, and getting going on some mechanical goodies now that the paint is done!!!

If you've got some markers we can give it a shot - if they fit the existing holes ok........

I wouldn't mind if you installed your twin hood ornaments from DTP, though

we have some white volks for it and will probably go with white decals so I think it should tie it together well

as for side markers ...they have no place on a nice skyline fender
BUT since its the law we have to rock them , I was thinking of a better set too , but its a minor detail

now time for the cage to be built;-)

Mike came down to Ztune tonight, and Tim & I stayed late tonight to kick-start the engine pull and build with Mike!

Tim & Mike pulling the exhaust...

Mike disconnecting everything connected to the engine...

Mike & Tim after dropping the engine out the bottom. (I love how excited Tim gets every time he pulls an engine, despite the fact that he has probably pulled, built and re-installed almost every Nissan/Infiniti engine imaginable! Lol...the man obviously loves his work!)

Removing the engine from the front subframe.

                            Engine removed from subframe.

All empty, waiting for cleaning and a freshly built engine!

Unfortunately no one got a pic of my contribution...pulling the HICAS lines and rack. Lol...that part wasn't too exciting anyways!
