      It is press fitted to tight clearance, All gears are made from SCM435 steel.

        I am about to put an order in for 5 more N1 gears, Priced at £430, if you guys do it as a group you should be able to save on postage costs, fully insured is around £60 to Canada.

            No, as you would do with the jun collar, you need to machine away the flats.

                do you also drill holes for set screws?
                does the pump flow more than stock?

                  No worries. Flow rate on the N1 remains the same, no need for screw as the it a very tight press fit.

                      I'll be in when I tear my engine down , hopfully it won't be for a while as it only has 30k on it
