    long time no see!

Rule number 1 in turbocharged car - No boost leak will be allowed!

I'm replacing my intercooler core that has all bent fins and a big bent on it with a brand new! Also replacing all the piping clamp with brand new tbolt clamp! The piping on top is to make a turbo inlet since stock one is 2'' and my new turbo is 3''!

Well well well. Car is out of storage since a month or so and did alot of work to it.

Firt i remove all the a/c stuff.

Also remove the compressor and bracket. This pig weight like 20 pounds. Weight reduction!

Then i had my tomei poncam to install so i installed the camshaft and did the timing belt with oem stuff

      Tomeiiii!

Was my first time but i took my time and everythig went good!

Reinstalled the rad and started the car. Run amazing love the little sound change even on idle.

And begin also the manifold and turbo swap

Hybrid performance manifold from NZ and kinugawa td05 big 16g turbo.

Had to reclock to make the outlet easier.

Right now im stuck here waiting for -AN 10 fitting and fireproof hose sleeve.

Nice, can't wait to see the results.

My advice, don't use that mishimoto fan, the clutch fan works waayyy better than this thing.

I ordered the GKtech replacement clutch fan and adapter ring. Its supposed to flow more air but for me the biggest plus is that its not made from 20 yr old plastic.

Finally got nistune. got it tuned 2 days ago. New 440cc injector anf z32 maf in place. We managed to get 330whp and 310 wtq @ 20psi. I'm really satisfied that it was on a mustang dyno! They played with the powerband and i get the peak hp 1500 rpm earlier than before. It feel amazing! But we had to stop the dyno cause my clutch started slipping lol. Ordered a Spec clutch with new release bearing and rear main seal. When the car is cold i managed to get a good clutch grip but as soon as it get hot it start to slip. but the couple pull when it grip it feel amazing haha!

not that bad! sure its a little laggier than stock turbo. but the td05 is not a huge turbo. and with the poncam and the front facing intake i manage to get full boost between 3600-4000 rpm
