Fina-fcking-ly my power is back on.. Jesus ******* H Christ took them over 12 hours to restore power... You'd think that after this happens around 3 times a year, they'd just man up and put the power lines underground or something where trees can't fall on them? It's kinda like having sex with a hooker who gave you syphilis, getting better, then going back for seconds. Why can't BC Hydro take a hint??

Maybe they like paying assloads of money every year for service calls instead of telling municipalities that when they dig sewer ditches to also let them install power cables..

i hear you on that one,every time we get a good wind my power goes out, sometimes
they are quick sometimes it takes 12 hours,they pay guys to come along and take some of the branches off, in the long run it would be cheaper to dig a ditch and put the lines underground than hire a tree crew and a crew to repair lines.transformers every time it gets windy
