Well all this should show a code, that's why it's strange. I haven't had a chance to check yet, I will this weekend. I'm gonna test the g sensors first, because that's what "feels" faulty to me Nd makes sense with my
Issue. Otherwise, I'll start looking at the wheels speed sensors and maybe the altessa ecu itself.

That's unfortunate that the box won't stop signal from all the sensors, that would have made This easy. Although if it takes signal from the front/back and controls the split, I'm not sure if the car would still control any left to right torque split?

Yea thats what I was saying above, I have no CEL so I cant jump the engine ecu for codes (if that would even show one), but I have checked the atessa ecu in the trunk, and it snot showing any codes. Thats why im confused. Im wondering if the G sensors can send 2.5v fine, but they struggle over say 4v and under 1v for example, and thats why it cuts out under load. Im gonna test em tomorrow night.

So I started my triple din block
Off plate. It's not gonna work out as I planned because I can't seem to fit the single din stereo unit in where that ashtray is. The back side is too short and won't fit. Anyways, we made the block off and shaped a few gauge holes, along with where I plan to mount my AFR and my single din stereo (when I find one). This is as far as I got before my stupid dremel died.

Well here's the finished product. Had a buddy come Over who's good with a dremel to actually make the circles round haha. Actually looks dope. Next is getting the side skirts to stay on better. This is all while waiting for the new turbo and my hand commander to be fixed.

If you have a mastercraft dremel, tighten the brushes (yellow screws) to make it work again. They burn off easy when they get hot and stop making contact to the armature.

Sorry for the delay in updates guys, Ive been remodeling my stairs and doing some work on my well at home, and has taken up most of my time, plus that rotary is in my garage, on rebuild #3, and with new apex seals and refinished housings, still wont start when hot. Its confusing.

Well I finally got started. Heres a bit of a teaser picture for yas.... The turbo is only sitting on the manifold, I need to relocate the power steering reservoir I think, or find a way to plumb the turbo downward, haven't decided yet.

So basically I started Monday, so far I have deleted A/C, HICAS, All Coolant/Oil/Vac lines for factory Turbos, Factory Boost Controller, and Charcoal Canister.

I installed the Hicas lockout bar last night, and just got all my piping to fabricate my new downpipe and charge piping. Shou ld be up and running shortly.

So im gonna run a catch can that I have aswell... Im trying to figure out how to run this right, since recirculating into my intake isnt an option anymore. From what ive read, i block the PCV valve, turn the two cam breathers towards each other, link them together, and run the two lines into the car can, VTA?

dammit nate the coilpack cover isnt a tool bench. lol

catch can is simple. both cam covers to a vented can. everything else gets blocked or deleted.

the pcv is the thing you want to delete. the pcv is a 1 way pressure control valve.

on vacuum the pcv is open. pulling the crank case gases into the intake manifold and burning them.

on boost the pcv closes then from the hose going to turbo the suction of the turbo pulls the crank case gases into the turbo through the intercooler piping and then finally burns them. (can be very messy on turbo parts and can even throw balance off small turbos) actual problem with 1jz.

so deleting the pcv is a must with a catch can or you arent fixing anything,

one common misconception is that "if motor requires a suction to pull out gases doesnt it need a vacuum source?"

no the reason it requires vacuum at all times from factory is so it stays a gas and doesnt coagulate into a liquid. clogging up anything.

simply put 2 hoses or 1 combined to a non baffled can. vented to atmosphere. you can plumb back to intake for a "environmentally friendly" can. but then thats where you need a baffled can. so it coagulates in the can and doesnt go through your turbo and piping again.

i have so much research into this lol. dont hesitate to ask more questions.

also i run a greddy can. i simply drilled and tapped another hole. can look at my build for pics. its not too far below this.
