I spoke with them today about it. They called, but your shop isn't open on a sat. So, expect contact tue/wed.. Sounds good to them, provided they can get a base tune for the RB25 to start with. They'll have more than a few questions, but they've heard of it from one of the guys they deal with that owns a GT-R that you tuned.

    ... btw, bayside... That's some funny sh!t..

hahaah!! but its SOOOO true aint it!
they're starting to put together that nasty looking Skyline with the "Godzilla" theme (green). Makes me so angry that they start piecing this thing together now all cuz the owners coming down to see it?? wtf!

im utterly disgusted how they treat customers myself. For weeks ive been begging the service tech for help as my engines not running right with NO assistance, no phone call, NO Emails!! ive been asking to have the owner call me now for atleast a week or more and he keeps dodging the bullet?

but back to the green machine, i remember hearing CR telling the guys brother that the car should/would be done at the end of the month back in April when i was down there. When i went to have my wheels put on only like a few weeks ago that green thing STILL had nothing done to it!

Well it looks like you've got the task Paradis.

I'll hammer out how much of the unit is being picked by the shop, and what is left owing to you. Than I'll have a ViPEC.

... Now, if they can put the car back together by the time your unit makes it from AB we'll be in business.8)

OK.. I bought the ViPEC from Paradis. The shop is deducting the difference from what remains of my bill. (about a $500 credit for the non-functioning NEO.)

The engine should be in the shop by Tue, and into the car by the end of the week. Provided there isn't another complication. I might be driving by mid October... Just in time to scare children with the Bee-R on halloween.

Please... Please... Be Finished! :drive: :drive: :drive:

We're looking at forgetting about the Power FC, in favor of the HKS F-Con.. They have found a tuner outside Yokohama, and another one to tweak it in Oregon.

HAHAHAHAHAHA!!! (please be before winter *crosses fingers*)

Numbers speak for themselves. My Supra made 430whp @ 7.7psi on the F-Con Gold. Japanese tuners just base tune everything and make everything run super rich.

                    • The ViPEC unit arrived.. very nice little item. Software is user friendly, and even the packaging looks pro. Direct bolt in replacement for my ECU.

In other news... The shop doesn't have my engine yet. The machine shop won't warranty their work, unless they can check out the head as well. It would seem that only the block was sent for work, as they have now shipped the head as well for a check up.

                      The wait continues friends...

That car was clean... I can hardly believe it's gone.

In other news: I picked up a SARD fuel pressure regulator today, and a B+M fuel pressure gauge to hook into it. Also scored some steel braided hose, and a DEI turbo and down-pipe heat wrap kit. just a couple extra goodies to add to and help the project along. :-)
