No offence but i spoke to julien, great guy .. But with a rate of 1000$ a year 1 way coverage? gimme a break lol.. I have zero premiums, no accidents etc, clean record; no tickets .. 1000 bucks? lol..

I went to Jevco; St denis Vaugeois in St jovitte, they got me 1 way coverage @ 616$ a year tax in..

Can't complain.

I can tell you that JEVCO IS THE WORST INSURANCE COMPAGNY!! why? because i had a gtr crashed and it took me around 15 hours of headaches on the phone, 6 months( no joke) and lot of problems to get my money. Worst compagny ever

Man I can only DREAM of paying $1000 annually for insurance. I might be able to get away with base rate with no collision,comprehensive, third party, etc and hit around that price. You guys outside BC are so damn lucky.

Well on the ban issue in Quebec. I know the hatred is already spreading. My wife is soaking it up like a sponge Meaning that I get no skyline for some time. She is throwing out a whole pile of bs stats that she hear/read about on the news / web. I feel your pain, although I don't currently owe a skyliine but desperately wanting to get one my dreams are quickly being flushed due to a load of propoganda.

Man, I'm not sure how your driving record looks, but I'm insured through ICBC, with full coverage and even inter-provincial (which basically doubles your cost) and I'm still only paying $2200 a year.
Before I got the inter-provoncial I was only paying $1330.

well you should do a couple things...

join www.ivoac.ca we could use more help

read alot of the stuff we have at ivoac and then barf it back up into your wifes lap which should dispute any "bs stats" she has digested...

then with your money go out and buy one... get it insured etc etc etc... the wife will be mad, but then take her for a ride in it and she will either want a divorce unless you get rid of the car, or you will have to get the seat detailed cause she really really liked the ride

if she wants a divorce... then maybe your dreams and her dreams dont match up.... like what are you guys gonna do when your both retired? you go fishing and she soaks up the pool boy or somethin....

please dont take it personal, my wife loves the GTR so i have a hard time understanding where you're comin from... i also told my wife i was getting my dream car, her only reply was " when do i get mine?"
